I have just purchased EZ drummer 2 – and made up a long password that was deemed secure enough – only to forget it when asked to authorise 2 hours later. I clicked on ‘reset password’ which takes me to a page that requires me to enter my ‘old password’ i.e. the one I forgot! Please tell me how to reset my password so I can start using this. This seems to be the only way to get through to customer support as I cant see an email address for them anywhere on the site so having to resort to post on a forum.

Hello at Toontrack,
I´ve got several Toontrack-products on my Mac.
I´ve tried several passwords which have been before: SOLomand20133, Festine6, SOLomand2.
Please let me know what to do…have just got another Protools-system via company Cyberfarm.
