I don’t know how long or even if they would.  Did you use the cleanup button on the Product Manager or manual deleted the downloads?

Yes, I cleaned up all of them.

It’s the right thing to do but… too bad… 🙂

It’s odd that one file got corrupt.  But ya, know stuff happens.

    Hi Brad,

The reinstall didn’t work.  I don’t know what to do next, but obviously I need this to work soon.  Can I uninstall this and start over, meaning download a whole new SD3 from Toontrack?  My work has come to a complete stop.

I don’t get why the download didn’t install a full file. You may have to put in a ticket as you’ve basically downloaded and re-installed.

Can you look in your downloads (hopefully you haven’t cleaned them up)

    Hi Brad,

So this is the latest download — soundb11.obw is now a robust 2.05 GB instead of 137 KB.  I haven’t installed it.  I’ll just let it sit there overnight and wait to hear from you.

    Hi Pete,

either you re-install Part 1 from your freshly downloaded files or you simply drag that ‘soundb11.obw’ file over to your ‘SL-SuperiorDrummer3/Sounds’ folder.

    Then launch SD3 and check.

    BR,
    John

    Hi Brad and John,

I just dragged the new file in and that appears to be the right fix.  I opened up SD3 and there’s no error/alert message about soundb11.obw or anything else.  I won’t have a chance to actually work on this until later, but if you don’t hear from me again, all is well.

Thanks again for taking so much time to help me get this fixed!!

    Have a great day.

    Pete

    How do I reload SD3?

I downloaded the 3.3.5 update, opened Logic and SD3. says “no resources seem to have been installed”. The SD3 screen is black where the kit usually is. I appear to have all my sound Library (239gb) in App Support/SD3. I also appear to have the App itself in Apps/Toontrack/SD3 – marked as Application, first created 09/12/2022 and Modified today, version 3.3.5!

I can’t find any where to reload the app itself. Product Manager doesn’t show it. It only shows a load of Sound Library updates like Basic Sound Library. The first item on the list is SD3 itself which is ticked green as Ready To Use.

Am I missing the App or the Library? I can’t figure this out at all. Help, please!!
