Hi,
No matter what I try, I can’t seem to keep the swing and randomization selection I make when I highlight notes in a clip or groove. Each time, when I leave to do the next groove or clip, my selection is lost. How do I get it to stay? Anyone know? Sorry if this question has been asked before, but I didn’t see a search bar anywhere in this forum.
Thanks Josephine
Josephine I am finding the same problem. I do love SD3 however I have a hardware thing where I can make the drummer drunk! Drunken drummer’s rock! But they are not hard to find. Oh my god should I go sober or drunk| hehhehe!
Oh and yes I do speak from expience! I was a druken drummer!
Josephine,
I have the same problem as well. I checked the help menu in SD3 and in chapter 7.3.2 there’s a section called RECALL FROM LAST SELECTION which essentially says that it’s supposed to remember those settings However, it does not.
If this is a bug let’s hope it gets fixed soon.
Cubase Pro, Korg Kronos, M-50, Hammond XK-1c, Toontrack SD3, EZBass w/lots of expansions, many VSL Vi's, Shreddage 3 everything, and shit-tons of FX plugins.
However being an ex drunk drummer I use UAD plugins. So I can only speak for them. I use the EL Distsessor on them. So that messes the sound up big time. It brings the symbols out so I can play with them. I then I put them into a DBX 160. So what I am really doing is disrtorting the sound and then cleaning it up! So you can use your favorite things to do that.

I will stop trying to figure it out and let’s hope they do.
I will find a work around.
