So you are allowed to install on another PC. Not sure how it would conflict unless you have done this before. You may have to remove an authorised device and get to support to reset if you have done this twice before.

All you need to do is get the download manager and install the program but not the libraries. You can copy (or move) the libraries  to your new PC from the old or move the drive if separate. After installing and starting sd3 you will be asked to activate it. Then in sd3 you just need to locate the libraries (no need to download again) and activate any packs as well.

SD3 with older sdx,s plus Rooms of Hansa and Death & Darkness. Cubase and wavelab current versions. Roland TD50x using all trigger inputs for triggering SD3 only. Windows 11 computer. Various keyboards and outboard gear as well as VST instruments. Acoustic drums: Yamaha 9000 natural wood and Pearl masters. Various snare drums. RME BabyFace Pro FS and Adam A7X monitors

    Hi Mark 🙂

Thank you very much for your reply! I haven’t did this before. First time 🙂 I haven’t bought any PC in more than 10 years; I just have the old one and the new one 🙂

Any idea how do I do with other VSTs? I have Sonible VSTs as well, Phase Plant, VPS Avenger and FL Studio, so I’m wondering also how to install all the stuff in the new PC. That’s all the software I use for making music. Regarding installing FL Studio in a new computer I already been guided on how to do that, but no idea how to proceed with the plugins.

I would appreciate if you can drop some help on those plugins too! I don’t want to mess the liscenses by installing the software in my new computer. I guess it’s not just install and that’s all. I believe I should remove the authorization from the old PC. Honestly, I have no idea on how to proceed.

    Many thanks for your help!

    Mart 🙂

    Hi Martin,

You would have to download and install the various software plugins from either the developer or third party you originally purchased your licenses from. Contacting the respective support for guidance on license management.

    Kilohearts for Phase Plant

    Sonible

    Vengeance Sound for VPS Avenger
