How do I find ezdrummer versions so I can re-install it.?
I have been trying to install with the new version and is asking me for versions 1.10.0.
I will need it for ezdrummer , LATIN PERCUSSION EZX and Cocktail

The latest versions are available for download from your Toontrack account. What new version is asking for version 1.10? EZD2?

Scott, i have for download in my account ezdrummer 1.4.0 update but i can find my early version.
every time that i to install 1.4.0 is asking me for an early version, I have been using mac version and is fine but right now
I have a pc and i want to install ezdrummer .
How do I go about this?

It would be great if toontracks create an app that has ezdrummer 2 + ezkeys + a bass app so we can create song without going to another app.
I don’t see that you’ve downloaded the EZdrummer version 1.4.0 from your account. I see you’ve downloaded a bunch of EZkeys demos and the EZD2 demo. Can you post screen pics of the error so I can see exactly what you are talking about?

Ok. That looks like the error when you are trying to install an update before installing the full product.
Download the full EZD1 version (see pic) and then download the latest update (see other pic). The pics show the mobile site but the downloads should look similar on the full website.

I’m having the same problem. I am moving to a new mac book pro and trying to install ezdrummer, but getting this message:

You are trying to install the update before installing the full product. See my pics above. The first pic shows where to click to download the full product (right below the serial number). The second pic shows where the update is (in the Updates tab).

the picture I posted is of me trying to install
“EZdrummer update for Mac OS X 10.4 or above” which is on my updates tab. Just not sure where to go from here.
If you are installing from scratch on a new computer, you need to install the full product (see first pic again) and then install the update (see second pic). If you install just the update without the full product, you will get your error. Are you saying that you installed the full product already on this new computer? It’s a two step install process…full product…then update.

Please look at the first pic in post number 6. It shows the download location. It is right below the serial number for Ezdrummer on your EZdrummer product page in your My Products section of your Toontrack account.
