How Do I Completely Uninstall S2 and NY Studio Vol 2 and Vol 3 from MAC?

I’m having a hell of a time installing S2.4 from both download & DVD’s. And, even greater problems with NY Studios Vol-2 and Vol 3 (The Installer refuses to install because the author can’t be verified).

I’m rather disappointed that I have apparently wasted $300 (US) since I can’t load or activate the libraries, etc.

I merely wish to remove all traces of this software from my MAC (OS X 10.9.5) and try again another day. :-/

I did the UNINSTALL for S2.4, but it’s still on my HD.

Will I totally remove all of these products by dragging them to the Trash bin?
