Is it possible to add round robins to a user instrument? I had to sample replace a tom with a hit I recorded in the same session, but I’m getting a bit of a machine gun effect on a couple of fills. I have other hits I want to layer in for round robins. I’m trying to finalize this mix and this is the missing piece. I hope this is possible, since I really don’t want to have to start over and do this in Kontakt, but I haven’t seen anything in the manual about it.
Im not sure you can layer and program in such a way with your own samples more like one shots, although i can think of a work around or two.
I just clipped out the hits from the rendered wav and manually adjusted the volumes of the three stroke ruffs that were giving me a hard time, seemed to do the trick. It would be nice to have this functionality in the future though, we could do some really amazing stuff if we had access to round robbins and sample velocity layers.
