how did you fix it the last time no authorization

    Hi Kevin,

    when I followed your last thread, it seems it didn’t work for you (but for Scott) because there was a character missing from your Computer ID, i.e. a typo.
    Please check every step carefully when going through the Auth process.

    well I did not make a typo it is doing the same as last time you fixed it help
