No products in the cart.
Hi, been trying for a while now to access the support area, but it just says: Access is Denied. You either don’t have the right to access or have attempted to access private area.
I have registered with my email and have a valid licence/serial.
What am I doing wrong?
How do I go about getting support?
My question has been asked before in the Requests and Feedback section, and the posters were asked to
supply their serials/emails to get support.
I have done this and am registered and don’t know what to do next.
Any ideas?

No worries.
I found a way to ask a support question and just came back here to say.
Getting no support for the product is fine. It was a free product with my Presonus sequencer and was a nice bonus.
Very few people give support for free products and I am fine with that.
It does say that OEM support questions will be answered at the discretion of Toontrack, so I am hoping they will be nice to me
seeing as I totally respect and understand their decision to provide no support 😉
But I am seriously considering getting the full product, being such a Drum addict and already owning several of the top Drum
Machine/Samplers out there.
I’ll let you know how it goes.
