How can I add cymbals to my drum tracks?

    It would be helpful to us if you had some system details in your profile. I’ll assume at this point you don’t have edrums or a MIDI keyboard. You can still add a cymbal crash to a MIDI clip in PT by right clicking the clip and either selecting the MIDI Editor or MIDI event list. In the MIDI event list pick the place you insert a crash and in the menu select insert a note (or Command N on a Mac) consult the MIDI map for the EZX you are using for the crash cymbals (sometimes between D2 and A2)…. In the MIDI editor double click at the point where you want the note, using the horizontal grid and the keyboard on the left. Hope this makes sense….
