Hi everyone,
I have only started experimenting with the tracker recently. I got the basics ok I think, thanks to the Toontrack Youtube tutorial. But I have a drum track that has a dense section with many ghost notes that are very soft. When I play with the velocity and sound recognition parameters, all I can achieve is getting hundreds of false triggers during the snare decay, but no ghost notes because they are even softer than the snare decay.
There must be a way to deal with this… but I haven’t found it. Any help appreciated!

This would depend more on the type and quality of the drum track that you are importing. If you are working with a stereo drum track with crappy quality, then you are more likely to have false triggers then if you have a well recorded track with a single kit piece.
There will always be some editing involved.
