Hip-Hop EZX after downloaded asking for upgrade the latest version of EZDRUMMER

Hi I have purchased and downloaded Hip-Hop EZX and i vanna install but this massage pop up: You need to upgrade your toonetrack software to the latest version before install this product ,I ve got EZDRUMMER 2 and I ve installed 202 version already, I dont Know what to do? I cant use the Hip Hop EZX?

Please install the latest EZD2 update (2.1.1) from the Updates section of your EZD2 product page in your My Products.

Have just purchased EZ Drummer 2- and four packs
I have downloaded and installed the update
Have restarted computer
Am still getting the “install the latest version” message –

Is only happening ont he Hip Hop pack
Please advise-

I’m having the same problem. I’ve updated EZ Drummer 2 to version 2.1.1. Checking for updates it’s telling me that my software is up to date. Tried to install Hip Hop and message reads Software Update Required – You need to upgrade Toomtrack software to the lasted version before you install this product. 2.1.1 is the lasted version right?

Hi,

please try re-installing EZdrummer 2.1.1, then launch the standalone to confirm visually that the interface reports 2.1.1. Close and run the Hip-Hop! EZX installer
