Hi-Hat: Sequenced Hits?

Hello.

Can somebody please tell me, what does “Hi-Hat: Sequenced Hits” articulation (#65) mean? I looked in the manual and did a general Google search, but couldn’t find it.

Hi,

Seq hits are sampled from a played sequence by the drummer, opposed to having sampled individual hits.

Can you please elaborate on when I could use this articulation? I understand the distinction above, but I haven’t connected the dots on how this would be useful.
