Hi-Hat Open + Close function on FL Studio 20

Im wondering if anyone has figured out how to get the hi-hat to work with open and closed functions on FL Studio 20 (Mac)?

I am using a Millennium MPS 150 E-Drum Kit but I cant get the hats to work on FL Studio.

The hat plays the open Hi-Hat sound when hit, and the hat floor pedal plays the sound of a Tom.

The both hi-hats and everything play perfectly when used on the drum module settings through headphones, its only when used with EZ Drummer that the problem starts.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Have you tried using a sustain pedal along with the keyboard?
