Hi Hat Miss Triggering

Hey guys, i’ve recently had an issue with my hi hat in SD3, very randomly when I’m playing it, it will miss trigger and play a super tight hit, it displays as a closed pedal hit. Have not really changed my settings recently and it used to work great. My hi hat works perfectly normal when I just listen to it through the module, so I don’t believe it a module problem. Hoping someone has found a solution for this!

You need to look at the midi to see if it is your module. Look at cc4 for the hi hat and see if it drops when you gave the miss hit. You’ll need to record the midi to do this.

SD3 with older sdx,s plus Rooms of Hansa and Death & Darkness. Cubase and wavelab current versions. Roland TD50x using all trigger inputs for triggering SD3 only. Windows 11 computer. Various keyboards and outboard gear as well as VST instruments. Acoustic drums: Yamaha 9000 natural wood and Pearl masters. Various snare drums. RME BabyFace Pro FS and Adam A7X monitors
