help with reinstall

hi, like a dope i uninstalled all my toontrack products.
i’m now trying to reinstall EZ drummer with all the add ons, when i try and download any of the EZ add on’s i get an error saying UPGRADE YOUR TOONTRACK SOFTWARE TO THE LATEST VERSION BEFORE YOU CAN INSTALL.
please tell me how to do this.

What does Product Manager say is installed? Does it show EZD2 fully updated?

hi, i don’t have EZ2 i still have the old one. also the main problem i’m having is trying to load EZMIX. i have the main one installed and 1 add on pack but when trying to install the other add on’s i;m told to update EZMIX. according to the installation info it’s 2.1.1 and there are no updates available. i’m stuck.
