HELP RE-INSTALLING EZ DRUMMER ON NEW LAPTOP

So my other computer crashed and i had to replace it. Now im trying to reinstall EZ Drummer on my new laptop but everytime i try to install it, ‘Error 1309 Reading from File’ shows up and i cant install it what should i do?
