Help Me Find The Double Kick presets

Hello, I just bought EZD 2 and EZX Metal Heads. Does metal heads not come with other preset drum variations? All I can see is the drums parts from Meshuggah’s songs, I want the library of presets that I can play with this kit but I don’t want to use the drum variations from their songs, I want to use the 4/4 double kick presets that had like 5 for 90 bpm and 4 for 140bpm or something like that I can’t remember and then also below that would be a 3/4 list with their own presets including 3/4 double kick presets. How do I get these?

First, make sure you’ve installed the latest version of EZD2. The update is under the Updates tab for you EZD2 product in your Toontrack account.

Next, can you post screen pics of what you are talking about? It sounds like you are talking about MIDI grooves but you mention ‘presets’ which are a totally different thing. Presets are like ‘kit presets’ or kit and mixer presets. Please clarify.

I updated both and nothing changed that I can see anyway, but yes MIDI grooves that had a section for double bass grooves for two different BPMs and also there was a blast beat section that I do not see either.

There was a list and they had separate sections like 1/2 beats 1/4, 1/8, 1/16 blast beats, double bass and a few sections with fills.

I’m not sure what MIDI you think you should have…or had before and don’t have now. The Metalheads MIDI has12 classic Meshuggah songs.

Actually, I think the grooves I’m describing come from EZX DFH. I’m going to look around and see. Thanks for trying!

You don’t have the DFH EZX registered to your account…so I don’t know.
