Hi, can someone please help me? I have a few questions. Do i need to have midi cables connected to be able to put the drums in multi track? (example: kick in one channel, snare in one channel etc…)
and in the description it says EZDrummer has 7,000 sounds, I am not finding them. How do I find all the sounds? Where are they located?
also, i purchased this off e-Bay and do not have the actual cd. is it the smae thing if you download the file, or do you get more with the actual cd?
I’m using Cubase LE 4 and running windows xp home on 1 pc and on the laptop I have vista. I am having the same problems on both.
Also, i have been to youtube to watch the tutorials, but when i try and do what they say, it doesn’t work for me.
Thank you for all your help!!
I don’t have any midi cables and output to different tracks just fine. I use Reaper and when I select the EZDrummer vst it automatically asks me if I want to add 8 extra tracks. Then when in the EZD mixing screen it says track 1 (just under the fader/volume control) on every track, I just click on where it says track one and it gives me the option of 8 different tracks. I simply select the track I want and put whatever effects I want on that track. I don’t own Cubase though, so maybe it’s very different. I assume you could just add extra tracks if it doesn’t automatically put them there for you.
Hi,
you should have access to the Full Product Download (big RED button on your product page) in your Toontrack account. This equals the DVD and after this is run, you apply the latest update.
EZdrummer does not have 7,000 sounds but some 8,000 MIDI files which are accessible via the EZdrummer Groove Browser.
I really recommend the PDF Manual and a visit to the Support Portal

No reply here can replace the useful info there.
