When auditioning bass groves in the results window, is there a way to have it sync to the DAW so that i can quickly audition the bass grooves in the context of my other tracks. I have turned on “Follow Host” in EZBass. This makes EZBass follow the host transport controls, but the host playback is not following the EZBass transport controls or the audition grooves buttons. This makes it very awkward to audition Bass grooves in the context of the full song. I have EZBass 1.0.9 and Cubase 10.0.6.
Follow Host button allows for the host play/stop function to be master and the plugins (EZbass) sync. It won’t work the other way around. EZbass can’t be sync master and have the host chase.
I’m using EZbass in Cubase 9.5. Follow Host is on. If I have a drum groove on bars 1-8 and hit play in Cubase the drums start. If I then go to EZbass and start auditioning groove with the browser groove play button, they sync.
Can you describe exactly what you are doing?

Ah yes, I should have thought of doing that – looping the section in the DAW and pressing play in the DAW before going into EZBass to audition parts. That works great, thanks!!
