Have the same time signatures in each track, without having to enter them manually on each track.

I’m using it as a VST in Reaper 5.5. The same behavior also in standalone SD3.

song track 2 does not have the same tempo or time signatures as song track 1
1) Create several time signatures at various measures on song track 1
2) Go to song track 2 and there are no time signatures
Seems like the default behavior should be to have the same time signatures on every song track.
As a workaround, while in “Edit Time Signature” mode, I tried to copy the time sigs from track 1 to track 2, but “Paste at playhead” is greyed out when I go to track 2.

Hi,

the workaround would be to Export Track 1 as MIDI, then Import it to Track 2 and erase the MIDI parts.
Time Signatures and Tempo edits should be carried over.

We will add more features to the Time Signature and Tempo editors, so you will be able to copy/paste settings from one track to another. Until then – John’s suggestion will do the trick.
