Have I boobed

Recently purchased DrumTacker as I though it would help me copy drum grooves from CD.  However, it seem’s it only meant to work with drums only audio – have I boobed by buying this as I dont have any ‘drums only’ audio.

Well, it totally depends on the material. I have extracted grooves from stereo music files but it takes more manual work.
