Have EZdrummer 1 and Superior 2 want to get EZdrummer 2

Hi All,

Ok so I have just bought Have EZdrummer 1 and upgraded to Superior 2. I want to get EZdrummer 2. Can I just purchase an upgrade. Will i get a code? It prompts me to buy from the trial at $179 but I see I can upgrade from EZDrummer one for cheaper?Is there anyway to keep the current installed trial and just add a purchase code? And where in the heck do I find the midi maps in superior & EzDrummer? Cant find how to get one in for DTX900? Can anyone please help?

Hi,
Let me just give you a little that i know, you can use all the expansions of EZ2 in SD2. Since you have SD2, mind to share why you still want to have EZ2. I’m learning as well.
Finally, to use the expansion of EZ2 you need to upgrade your SD2.0 to SD2.4.

Well the kits are different in EZD2. And I like them better than the stock kits in SD2. I will upgrade..but all these upgrades are confusing. I hope I can get this together tonight.

Hi Andy,

I can see you have 2(!) upgrades registered to your account. Did you buy an EZdrummer 2 upgrade? I think you got one for free when you registered the EZdrummer 1 copy.
If it’s not intentional that you have 2 copies registered, please contact HQ by clicking ‘SUPPORT > CONTACT SUPPORT/FAQ > Non Product related > My issue is not covered in this FAQ’ and then the ‘Contact Support’ button.
