Has anyone converted from EZ Drummer to Superior Drummer? How did it go?

Thinking about this. I have bought quite a bit of EZD midi and EZX Expansion drum kits. Whether or not I’ll be able to continue to fully use those on the new platform, and not have to start over with (and pay for) SD-specific midi and expansions, is part of my decision.  Thanks for any user experience you can share.

There are no S3 specific MIDI packs. All the Toontrack MIDI packs work in EZD2 or S3.

The EZXs will load and function the same in S3 as they did in EZD2 except for the pretty EZD2 graphics will display generic black kit pieces (except for specialized kit pieces like Latin Percussion EZX oe Twisted Kit EZX that will display the Percussion pieces).
