Had to delete. Cannot reinstall.

    I recently had to reset my laptop to factory settings now, I cannot seem to reinstall as all my modules show up as already installed however, they are not there. I have the majority of the EZDRUMMER 3 line and Superior Drummer 3 as well. As much as I’ve spent on this, I am at red alert status and very concerned that I have lost everything. Please help!

    When you downloaded and reinstalled Toontrack Product Manager, and go into show details, it should give you the option to download and reinstall everything.

    Are your sample libraries on external drives?
