When I open the Grid Editor, each bar is divided into 8 sections. If I change the resolution to 1/2 each bar divides into 2 sections, 1/4 four sections and 1/8 back to 8 sections. However, if I set the resolution to a higher value, 1/16, 1/32 etc, each bar remains at 8 subdivisions, whereas I would expect the subdivisions to increase. Is there a way to get the grid to show smaller subdivisons? I’m new to EZD and assume I’m missing something simple. Using latest ProTools Studio on Win 10.
You can still put events where those lines would be, and Snap goes to them. I’m guessing that the lines aren’t marked so that the Grid doesn’t look too cluttered.
also (like many programs) zooming in the view allows you to see the finer divisions.

Thanks. Didn’t realize that it snaps to grid.
It does, if you have the Snap button clicked on

EZdrummer version: 3.0.6
Operating system: Windows 11
My small laptop screen won’t zoom in enough to show more than eighths
Just to add, you can set a static grid display or allow the zoom value to determine the grid display under the resolution pull down:
Mac Studio M1 Max, RAM 64 GB, 1TB Drive, OSX 12.x/13.x and Windows 10 (VM)
DAW: Studio One Pro (always up to date)
DTX Express III (Extreme triggers), Nektar LX88
OWC Thunderbay Mini (4 X 1TB Sata SSD), Express 4M2 (4 X 2TB M.2 SSD), Envoy Express (1TB M.2 SSD)
Presonus Quantum, Faderport & Faderport 8
Black Lion Sparrow Mk2 A/D, FMR-RNP-RNC, MIDI Xpress 128, BM5A, KRK VXT4, Equator D5
2020 Macbook Pro 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD Audio(mobile rig)
Adding to Brad… simply Zoom In to see a higher grid resolution.
