Hi, I’m trying to figure out why the notes in the grid editor will change pitch (or key) when doing a changes to the MIDI track like copy/paste or snip.
For example my MIDI loop is running between two song sections, and I want to keep each MIDI loop lined up with each song section. I go to snip the MIDI loop and it transposes the bridge section that was snipped off. I lose my original notes and even the pattern is changes because it’s affecting the key even though no chords were assigned.

I’ve experienced similar behavior when trying to copy / paste song sections using the timeline which makes it really difficult to re-use parts. Many times I have to recreate the section manually. Thanks!
