Grid editor not being included in bounce

When I bounce my final tracks to audio, not all of the grid editor is being included in the bounce.
I notice that the part that is not being bounced is a different color (pink? salmon?). Usually they are yellow-ish.

How do I change this so all parts played in the grid editor are included in the bounce?

Are those regions muted? If so, they wouldn’t be included in the bounce.

Not intentionally. I don’t know how to mute them. How do I un-mute them please?

I just did a search and the only thing I see is how to mute/unmute an instrument. In my case it’s the entire grid. None of the instruments are muted and the mute button is off (recall mute).
