Going to be buying an EZkeys 6 Pack of midi

Problem is I don’t know which ones I want.

I would just have like 6 licenses in my account and I could figure it out which ones I want one at a time over the course of a few months?

That is exactly what I did. I bought a 6-pak from Sweetwater (I think it was $99 USD). It came as via US mail in a small box with 6 codes in it. Work great for me.
