I presently have over 70 of the Toontrack  products on my present Windows 10 computer.

Within the next two weeks I will be receiving a brand new Windows 11 upgraded computer.

My question is…What is the easiest way to download ALL my Toontrack products on my new computer?

Thank you in advance for any support and reply.

The easiest way would probably be to download and install the software itself from the Product Manager application. You can transfer Sound Libraries, expansions, and MIDI packs to an external hard drive if you have many products, so you don’t have to download/install them all again.

Your Core sound libraries and expansions are located here by default in the EZdrummer, EZbass, and EZkeys folders:
    Mac: HD>Library>Application Support
    Win: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Toontrack\ or C:\Program Files\Common Files\Toontrack

    Thank you for the info.

Due to the fact that I am not too familiar with process, let me get this straight: A) I do have an external hard drive so B)  once I have copied my Toontrack file to the external drive,

    C) when I get the new computer all I would have to do is copy the Toontrack file from the external drive back to the main computer…correct?

    D) And then use as I am now on my present computer!!!!

    Thank you

or copy all content from all your virtual instruments to a nice external SSD drive, and then connect that to the new computer. map you instruments to that drive… in some cases, in my rig, i have directory junctions which make the path seem local but it’s to my content drive. so switch between computers is easy, and any updates to content i make is in one place. and for safety, i back up my content (~1.5TB) to a second disk which is connected to my cloud service. the rational is: SSD are fairly inexpensive now, i don’t risk the cloud service screwing up my primary content disk due to file contention, and i have a local back up of my content…
