general setting to set ‘ all articulations’ and ‘unlimited layers’

Hi, is there a general setting (or will there be) where I can set ‘ all articulations’ and ‘unlimited layers’. So for each time I load a Drum kit preset these 2 variables are set to the value I choose in the general setting.(in my case all artic and all layers)

No. That is one of the things that have disappeared as a consequence
of the changes made in going to SD3. Well, at least, as regards layer limits
and polyphony. Turning articulations on/off was not available in SD2.
We are aware of these shortcomings.
