Future Jazz SDX?

I am/was thinking of buying the Jazz EZ expansion pack to work with Superior2. However,

I understand there are rumblings/rumours of a Jazz SDX in development. I appreciate there have been other posts regarding this a while back although they didnt seem to clarify anything.
Is that true? If so, is there any indicators as to potential launch dates?

Hey, I’ll jump in here.

The release for Jazz SDX has apparently been delayed. They was some talk of it being debuted at Winter NAMM 2010, but it was not covered with any detail, in any of the videos.
There have been no reports as to when we should expect it, so we wait…

In the mean time, the Jazz EZX is an incredible tool. The drums sound awesome! The only way you would be disappointed is if they release the SDX version the day after you buy
the EZX (and that’s always a possibility with anything you buy).

Right now there are quite a few online retailers that offer discounts on the EZXs. Now’s a good time to pick it up.
