Free kit download?

I was at GuitarCenter and got ezdrummer and the ad says that I get any free kit download, redeemable online. How do I get this?

Im emailing guitarcenter. I have already downloaded the norm kit and everything. Try to get this worked out.
Code on the receipt isnt working… hope this will be worked out.
