Free ezx expansion plz help!!

Hi I recently bought Ezdrummer 3 from thomman during a promo. The promo stated that along with my purchase I would receive a free Ezx expansion. I waited until my MacBook was shipped to download Ezdrummer which was yesterday. Just to find out I can’t use the expansion I wanted. Am I just doing something wrong or did they just not give it to me? How do I go about fixing this? I tried contacting thomman but they out of business hours. I also tried contacting toontrack support but I can’t submit because it keeps saying that the recaptcha says I’m not human. This is very overwhelming altogether.

As for contacting Toontrack, are you using VPN? If yes. Try shutting it down before contacting them.
