I purchased SD3 from Musicians Friend during Toon Tracks Black Friday special. The special was buy SD3 and get a free expansion pack listed in the special offer was The Room Of Hansa this is one expansion pack i was very interested in buying, so I took advantage of the Black Friday special offer and purchased SD3 from Musicians Friend at this time I asked how do I get the license number for The Rooms of Hansa I was told that after I get the License number for SD3 which Musicians Friend sent me all I would need to do is contact Toon Tracks and when they track the license number we sent you they will see the purchase date and honor there Black Friday special and send you the license number for The Rooms os Hansa. I did all that was asked of me on my end and sent a few messages to you and I have not received a reply back. So I’m asking for help in this matter but more important I’m hoping someone at Toon Tracks gets back to me. I’m very excited to get into using SD3 for live playing and creating the best sounding e drum kit ever. I just just need to know that Toon Tracks has my back. PLEASE RESPOND

They told me they would look into it asap but didn’t give me a time frame other than that.

When did you register your purchase? The fine print states that for the free SDX to be granted, the S3 product needs to be registered to your Toontrack account between November 23-December 1 or its void.
But again, I can’t make that call, you’ll need to wait for Toontrack to make a decision.

I purchased SD3 with in the time frame posted in order to get the free expansion pack my computer needed work in order to download SD3 my computer was ready for the download on Dec 11 I then proceeded to download SD3 I hope Toontrack would consider the issue I was dealing with, the issue with my comp was I needed to more space because SD3 is such a large program after I had my comp cleaned up I was then very happy guy so I downloaded SD3 if I’m not mistaken I was able to register it on 12-12. Please reconsider the registration date due to my storage problem. By the way I just want to say being a new user to Toontrack products and now working with SD3, Vintage Rock EZX and Metal Machine EXZ I’m very impressed with your products and when purchasing additional expansion packs I will only do my ordering from Toontrack to avoid any feature problems.
