I tried to contact customer support– 5 times!!!, It says the system couldn’t verify that I was HUMAN. Ridddiculous! After spending so much money on purchasing various grooves, I still have some that show the fills tab inactive (blank), plus 3 of the midi packs I have are completely blank. Songwriters Fillpack, SW Fillpack2 and Monster Midi pack. Was able to submit one request through the automatic support request window, failed 5 times trying to request the other missing issue correction assistance. Am I back into the USSR?
