Does anyone know how to solve this issue. I tried to move some of the SDX files to my E:/ 2 TB external drive. I have no space on my SSD C:/ so I’ve tried to change the path and I get the attached errors in product manager. It does not even list any kits in SD3. I deleted the .dll file and uninsalled SD3 still get this issue.
Thanks for any input.
By “some of the SDX files,” do you mean the installed SL-SuperiorDrummer3 folder? If so, you have to change the path to the library, either from SD3 Settings or from Details > Installation Info in Product Manager.
Or do you mean that you moved the download(s)? That’s best to do by first changing the location in Product Manager preferences (Options) and then using the Move Downloads button there. But if you already moved them, it’s possible to set the download location to that place and then start downloading.
The download error has something to do with the download location (in Product Manager preferences). If you change it, either use Move Downloads or delete the “started” downloads before trying to redownload them.

It’s when I download. I have changed the download location to my E drive from my c drive. It will download up to a GB and stop with the message included in the photo. There is more than a TB of space left.
And if you resume, will it download another GB before stopping?

Please go to “%LocalAppData%\Toontrack\Product Manager” (paste that into the address field of an Explorer window) and attach the file Errlog.txt from there.

Lots of strange disk-related errors there. I guess most of it has to do with permissions. But a quick way to make it work may be to run Product Manager as administrator, could you try that? (Right-click Product Manager and choose Run as Administrator.)

Yea not working. It said a folder can not be created when I selected E:/ I I even tried Sl-SuperiorDrummer3 folder and and it didn’t work.
Maybe this link can help: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-files/give-permissions-to-files-and-folders-in-windows/78ee562c-a21f-4a32-8691-73aac1415373
I don’t think you need to turn off UAC, though, and replace “Program Files” with “E:\” in those instructions.
