failure to authorize EZbass Heavy Metal

Hi,

I have just tried to Authorise EZBASS Heavy Metal but am getting an unknown error. I have quite a few Toontrack products (some purchased quite recently) and not had an issues. Any ideas of what is going wrong with this one?

EZbass version: 1.2.0
Operating system: Windows 10

Hi,

some servers were down during the weekend causing authorisation problems but it has been fixed now.
