This is the message I’m receiving when trying to install Drumkit From Hell and Nashville. I have updated to the EZdrummer 1.2.1 I installed the 32bit version and it seems to be running with no problems. I’m running Vista 64 Quadcore 8GB. PLEASE HELP
“The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program. Verify that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade patch.”

That error message happens when the update is run without the full product installed first. Please download the full product from your Toontrack account (the red ‘PC’ button at the top of the page; pic below is for EZdrummer but it will be the same for the EZXs). Install the product and then run the updates.

Thanks I downloaded the update instead of the program everything seems to be working.
Also, I installed the 64bit version of Solo and EZdrummer it placed another shortcut for Solo on my desktop, but when I launch and it asks me which drummer to use it can’t seem to locate EZdrummer. Should I just continue using 32bit version?
