Just install it, using the Product Manager…

Are you saying it works with Monterey?

I’m not sure we have tested EZdrummer 1 on it, but most likely it works. Not all DAWs are compatible, though.

    Hello,

Just wanted to follow up on this thread. I am able to install SD3 and the SDX expansions, but none of the MIDI packs are installable in Product Manager since the installer is outdated in Monterey. Any advice or updates on this issue? Thank you in advance.

They should be installable in PM because PM launches a newer installer than the ones included in the MIDI pack downloads, unless something has gone wrong (which is very rare). Do you click “Install Product” for the packs? You should not start the installers from Finder.

    Hi Olof,

Thank you for the prompt reply. Yes I have attempted both from the installer and finder. The installer has claimed to “install” after clicking Install Product, but I am always prompted afterwards to install again. The installation info for all MIDI packs show that its not installed.

Just for context, I’ve used the migration system from Mac as I am using the same software from an earlier Mac device that has PM. I’ve had to remove all of the paths for SD3 and the expansion as it was looking to install on the volume and path associated with the earlier device. Is there a way I can do the same for the MIDI packs? I am currently unable to find such option here.

    Thanks.

    Hi Olof,

Please disregard my previous message. I was able to find the MIDI files in a different volume and folder and was able to successfully install past this point.

    Thank you!

Depends on what DAW you are using. See https://www.toontrack.com/faq/is-toontrack-software-supported-on-macos-12-monterey/

This is what I’m getting on every EZX update (Nashville, Pop/Rock, Southern Soul, Vintage Rock, DFH). My EZDrummer 2 updated fine, though I had to install it again. Tried a fresh installation of the EZX’s, but no luck. What can I do to get these updates? I’m using MacOS 12.1 and running Logic as my DAW.

Take a peak at this thread, probably the same solution, to run the full Nashville EZX installer.
