EZX Sample rate and bit depth

    Would be cool if someone came in to confirm what I’ve concluded…

    I think EZD2 and EZXs are 44.1/16bit

    I think Superior and SDXs are 44.1/24bit

    Using an EZX with SD3, the EZX sounds are still 44.1/16bit

    Samples are upconverted and stored in ram when you initially choose your EXZ/SDX, and individual instruments.

    Hi,

    IIRC from an earlier thread a couple of years ago, Olle (coder) mentioned 1st gen EZX:s are 16bit, EZX2:s are in general 18bit while SDX are always 24bit.

    Besides you mentioning newer EZXs are generally 18bit, I assume what else I’ve posted is correct. Thank you sir.
