ezx reggae help!!!!

can any one help how to auth ezx reggae offline?? and why I cannot get auth key ( license) ezx reggae from my product page?? after going to my product ezx reggae it says is available***** This product will be available 2014-09-30.**** very weird many thanks for help

I have forwarded this to the web master.
Personally, I can access my EZX Reggae product and its updates. Have you Refreshed and emptied your web browser cache?
