Hey All,
I purchased “the classic” EZX a few days ago along with the Nashville EZX everything installed just fine and is running great on my main studio computer. I want to install both if these new ezx’s to my mobile rig also but I go to my products page on my toontrack account and “the classics” is not there. I tried to go to the register product page and put the serial number in and it says invalid. I bought the classic EZX from sweetwater and still have my activation email along with the serial number. I tried to reach out to support but haven’t heard back yet. I clearly have purchased the product, just don’t get why it’s not showing up in my account. Very frustrating?? Thank all
Is this all set? It looks like your products have been authorized. Have you clicked the ‘Show all products’ button on your products page?
