Have you installed the original EZX from a DVD or from the full product download from your Toontrack account? Click the Red ‘PC’ button from your Electronic EZX product page in your My Product page to download.
I recommend installing the full product download first, then try to apply the update.
Yes I have installed the expansion and it has been working fine. I just thought it prudent to install the update since I saw it available when checking in today (to d/l & install the Superior Drummer 2.3 update, which went swimmingly).
Should I reinstall the EZX Expansion? I have the DVD right here but, since it is working fine, didn’t think of it as a solution to the update crash.
ETA ~> Oh, I see you are recommending that I re-install (the full expansion) from the download as opposed to the DVD. I will see if that does not remedy the problem.
