EZX 70s Exclamation Point

In my EZ Drummer 3 EZX library, there is a highlighted exclamation point (!) in front of the EZX 70s library, and clicking on it says “Add to Database”.  According to my ToonTrack account, I own this library, yet nothing loads.  Can anyone have any ideas what’s happening?  Thank you.
