Hi there, I did write support a message about this but I thought I’d ask here as well. I use the latest version of Reaper, with an RME Babyface sound card. Windows 8.1 I have several Toontrack products purchased and registered. Here’s the current issue. I can’t record audio on my computer when I’m online. I have to disable my wifi adapter because it introduces unacceptable latency. I own Superior Drummer 2 which comes with EZplayer Pro of course. I’ve only ever had these programs installed on two systems using only one system at a time. My old computer is no longer in use. So now when I disable my wifi adapter and boot into Reaper and load in EZplayer, it says I’m unauthorized to use it on this computer. When I enable the wifi adapter, it let’s me use it. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling EZplayer Pro and it didn’t help. So I removed authorization under My Products on the Toontrack site (I thought for some reason a new authorization code could fix this) so now I have two problems – not only does Ezplayer Pro ask for an authorization code when I’m not online with the wifi adapter disabled, it also says I have used all authorizations and to contact support. Any ideas?
Support seems to have solved my issues. They gave me new codes but also said when I installed the software to make sure I authorized it in the state I was to use it in, in other words authorize it offline with the wifi disabled. Thanks guys.
