Can anyone confirm for me if I need to return my purchase of EZplayer pro? I checked the FAQs and also have already contacted Support once.
After attempting several times to download EZplayer pro to my Macbook Pro, I still cannot locate the application in my hard drive. I contacted Tech Support and they suggested I try downloading it using Firefox (previously I used Safari). It still did not work. I opened my Pro Tools 11 software and checked if it was listed as an insert under one of my instrument tracks and it is NOT. After registering the product and executing the download procedure, I looked under Applications/Toontrack and the only file showing is a documentation file. I also did a general search using the Finder and found an EZplayer folder but there is absolutely nothing inside the folder. Is EZplayer pro not compatible with PT 11? I really want to use this program because I need an easy method of sampling third-party midi grooves to use in my songwriting. Below are the software specifics that I am working with in case there is some incompatibility that I am not aware of.
Mac OSX Mavericks
Pro Tools 11 (not the high end version – I just upgraded from Pro Tools 8 to Pro Tools 11)
