Hello everybody,
So recently I bought the big rock ezmix expansion and I didn’t install coz update for win 7 was needed. I downloaded the update but it never installs coz i’m getting an error while installing says (network error). So using the product manager was recommended to me but again it never installs having the same network error. Also ezmix 2 was gone! I can’t find it in cubase and even the stand alone is not working. I even tried to remove and reinstall but I also can’t uninstall it.
please I need you help.

can you please try to:
launch the Product Manager and clear the Downloads folder.
change the Downloads folder location to e.g. your Desktop and then re-download the installers and run them

hello,
sorry I did that but nothing worked. still the same error occurs. I’m really disparate. been a while I can’t play music. Another problem also the ezdrummer doesn’t show in cubase anymore still can play it through the standalone one but not as vst.
please I really need help with that.

let’s concentrate on this problem first and maybe you can post in the EZdrummer section about that problem?
From what I can gather, something is damaged in your registry.
1. Temporarily suspend your antivirus software and/or firewall. If you don’t know how to do this, please contact the product’s vendor for assistance
2. Run the “Fix It” Utility from Microsoft, which you can get here: http://support.microsoft.com/mats/Program_Install_and_Uninstall
3. Uninstall and then reinstall EZmix 2.
