There’s no way to contact you guys. I looked all over the forum and faqs and found nothing. EZMIX2 is not on my computer but the product manager says it’s downloaded.
I’ve deleted every possible Toontrack folder on my Mac, but no matter what I do, the uninstall button is inactive and I can’t uninstall something that isn’t there.
I’m trying to reinstall it.
Also, EZMIX won’t work with Garageband High Sierra. Is there anything coming up to solve this issue? Thanks!
Hi,
just deleting a folder doesn’t mean that it’s correctly uninstalled.
You should only use the Product Manager for installing and uninstalling. If you click the Details of your EZmix2 product, you can click the Download button, alternatively click the drop-down menu right next to it to first download it again and then run the installer again.
