No products in the cart.
So I purchased 2 serials second-hand over at KVR. I registered both products and installed and used them for maybe half a year or so. I reinstalled my PC a few days ago, go to the “my products” section and they’re not there!!! I have both of those serials still saved from when I purchased them, and when I try to add them to my account it says they’re already being used. I’m totally puzzled, I didn’t use another email account (I checked my other email accounts for confirmation messages or anything – nothing there) – can anybody help with this please? If a mod or somebody from Toontrack is reading this – is it possible to check what happened to those serials? I’ll gladly send them over to help figure out what happened, provide details on the sellers (like the email might match or a name bound to the account, assuming they match those of the PayPal accounts of the sellers, to help verify I’m not BSing anybody). I already contacted support but got no reply. ANY real help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Ah, correction, actually, they did reply to my email and I didn’t notice at first. Issue resolved now. I’m very happy 🙂 .
